VISA Information
The deadline for official invitation letter request is April 4, 2014.
All foreign participants of the Meeting should obtain
an entry visa to The Russian Federation. We will provide the participants with an
official invitation letter which is necessary for obtaining of the
Russian Visa.
We will send the official invitation letter to the
participant after receiving your personal information (see the Form below). In
order to obtain Russian visa please contact the nearest Russian Consulate or
Embassy in your country.
Please be advised that in order to obtain visa your
passport must be valid for at least 3 months before the date of expiry.
NB! All foreign
citizens arriving to Russia should complete a Migration Card while
passing through the customs. The Migration card will be given to foreigners
before crossing the border (in airplanes, trains, buses, ships, etc.) Please be
careful in filling the migration card and keep it until leaving Russia.
IMPORTANT! According to the legislation
of the Russian Federation, all foreign citizens should be registered within 3
days at accommodation place (hotel).
